Anthony Scott, Esq. serves as the Assistant Director of the City of Cleveland’s Building and Housing Department. In this role, he supports the City’s mission of assuring that all structures in the city are maintained and constructed in a safe and habitable manner.
Anthony graduated from Shaw High School in East Cleveland, Ohio. After graduation, he served 8 years in the United States Marine Corps. Upon being honorably discharged, he returned to Cleveland and completed his Bachelor’s degree in English, his Master’s degree in Public Administration, and Juris Doctorate at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
Anthony is the Basileus (President) of the Zeta Omega Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., where he was recently honored as the Chapter Man of the Year. He prides himself on the Uplift and Support his organization provides to the Greater Cleveland community. Anthony also serves as a Trustee for the Black Professional Association Charitable Foundation (BPACF). Finally, he serves as mentor to several students in high school, college and graduate/professional level programs.
Grover Brown is the UAW Local 573 World Class Logistics Specialist with the Mopar Division of Fiat-Chrysler Automotive at the Cleveland Parts Depot Center. As the WCL Specialist, Mr. Brown is skilled on the multiple manufacturing pillars that aim towards the quality and production of the employees, and how to make their job’s safe and more productive. Mr. Brown also sits on the Executive Board of Local 573 as a Trustee.
Mr. Brown is an active Life Member of the Zeta Omega Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. where he holds the office of Vice Basileus (Vice President). Mr. Brown believes in uplifting the community by participating in various activities that give back. He was awarded the 2017 Zeta Omega Superior Service Award in appreciation of his commitment to serving the chapter & community. Mr. Brown is a proud Clevelander who attended Lincoln West HS. He furthered his education at The University of Toledo, earning his Bachelor of Arts and Science in English Literature while working fulltime at Toledo Jeep.
Keeper of Records and Seal
Kendric Jackson serves as an Accountant for the Defense Finance and Accounting Service – Enterprise Systems and Solutions Division. In this role, he is responsible for reporting and analysis of Department-wide financial statements, cross-component budget execution analysis, and oversight of Treasury reporting operations for the Department of Defense. He is also an adjunct Accounting Professor at Bryant & Stratton.
Kendric completed his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Elizabeth City State University in Elizabeth City, NC. Thereafter, he completed his Master in Accountancy from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
Kendric was initiated into Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. through the Lambda Gamma Chapter on November 20, 1993. He has dutifully served Omega Psi Phi for more than 25 years. Currently he serves as the Zeta Omega Chapter Keeper of Records and Seal (Secretary), addressing the administrative needs of more than 200 chapter members. He also serves as a Referee for the Cleveland Football Officials Association and an Umpire for the Eastern Cuyahoga County Umpires Association.
Keeper of Finance
Jeffrey Maxwell, Sr works as a Senior Accountant for Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS). In this role, he ensures the men and women of the United States Navy have the supplies and resources needed to properly protect the United States’ lands and shores. He is also a veteran of four years with the United States Army. As a decorated Desert Storm Era Veteran, he prides himself on being able to continue to serve his country by assisting service members through DFAS.
Jeffrey graduated from Cleveland Heights high school in 1985. After completing his military service, he returned to Cleveland and obtained his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Lake Erie College in the Accounting field.
Jeffrey is a proud member of the Zeta Omega Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. He has served as the chapter’s Keeper of Finance (Treasurer) for two terms. He also continues to serve as a member of the Brothers Organization. The Brothers are an organization formed at Cleveland Heights High School that continue to give back by providing annual scholarships to students.
Michael J. Fordham is a native of Youngstown, Ohio and a graduate of The Rayen School. Michael attended the University of Akron. He started a career of helping children and families with a particular interest on strengthening the role of the father in the household.
Michael has served as the Family Involvement Administrator with the Centers for Families and Children. He has also served as Family Liaison with the Cleveland Municipal School District. Michael was charged with increasing parental involvement, family engagement, and providing resources to assist families. A collaborative effort within the community resulted in several successful and well-attended fatherhood programs.
Michael has served as the Chaplain of the Zeta Omega Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. since 2007. He is active with several other organizations that share his passion for strengthening families; including, Bethany Baptist Church where he serves as a Deacon and Minister in Training, and the Cuyahoga County Fatherhood Initiative. Currently, Mr. Fordham is employed with ABC Management as a Social Service Coordinator.
Keeper of Peace
Kendrick Cloud is a General Engineer in the Public & Indian Housing Division of the Department of Housing and Urban Development. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing over $40M+ annually in Capital Fund Program funds used to develop and modernize housing for low income residents in public housing throughout the state of Ohio. Prior to his position with HUD, he served as the Lead Mechanical Engineer/Project Manager for Laughlin AFB in Texas.
Kendrick has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering from Tennessee State University and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. During his matriculation through Tenneessee State, he was initiated into Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. via the “Mighty” Rho Psi Chapter in the spring of 2000.
